The Venator -class Star Destroyer was a resourceful cruiser suited for transport and ship-to-ship combat. During the early period of the Clone Wars, the Venator -class Star Destroyer featured a wide array of hangar space. The forward section of the Star Destroyer featured a passage down the middle, with bays for starships on either side.

Watching the animated series 'The Clone Wars' I was really impressed by this great starship, the Venator Class Star Destroyer of the Galactic Republic fleet. Since there isn't a Microfighter set for this ship I've made this model. I focused on the the rear part of the hull, where is the biggest difference compared to the Imperial Star Destroyer, trying to replicate the characteristic shape and the command decks. You can easly fit a classic commander minifigure, or a Jedi Master minifig like Anakin Skywalker, Mace Windu or Obi Wan Kenobi often in command of important operations on board of the Venators Star Destroyer.
